At the time of completing and submitting this form, you agree and are aware that any personal information you provide to the nonprofit organization, Educating for Excellence, has been provided of your own free will and consent, and you are not required to submit it by law. The personal information you provide will be used by the non-profit organization for its educational and training activities, including inspection, evaluation and measurement for the purpose of improving and streamlining its activities in these areas. Also, the email address you provided may be forwarded to third parties to be used for the organization’s needs (such as posting updates on the organization’s activities via social networks, etc.). The Association will, as required, provide relevant information to a third party related to the activity of the organization (for example – a funding partner, educational institutions, government ministries, authorities supporting activities, etc.) for the purpose of control, inspection, learning and so forth. Where possible, this information will be transferred without specifying any personally identifiable information. It is also possible that information provided by you will be transferred to a third party for research purposes, which will, among other things, help the association’s activity. Information transferred, as stated, for research purposes will be transferred anonymously and without mentioning names.
